Céad Míle FáilteWelcomeWillkommen
We are delighted to welcome you to St. Louis Infant School website.
We can assure you that we will provide your child with the best possible learning foundation in keeping with the long established tradition and expertise of this Infant School.
The children will participate in many learning opportunities with our school team of class and special education teachers and our special needs assistants.
We provide high quality teaching and learning through:
– Playful learning both in-class station and in small group team teaching.
– Early interventions focusing on literacy and numeracy initiatives.
– High quality teaching in Gaeilge, STEAM and the world around us.
– Creative and wellbeing curriculum focusing on PE, the arts, music, drama such as performing at Christmas and throughout the year.
Most of all, we encourage our pupils to be kind and gentle to one another and to be aware of protecting the world we live in. Our pupils are happy, and our priority is that they enjoy being at school each day.
On behalf of the staff of St. Louis Infant School, I thank you for entrusting the education and care of your child with us at such an important stage of their life. I have the privilege of being the principal of St. Louis Infant School for over eleven years now, and it is an absolute joy to be a part of one of the leading infant schools in Ireland.
Enjoy navigating the website but feel free to get in touch if you require any further information.
Warm Wishes,
Dr Carmel McCarroll
